To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latency Zero Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software or website.

4. Payments

All services are billed in NGN (Nigerian Naira) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in your individual invoice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
